Develop and implement process improvements in the Company's tax procedures utilizing tax technology tools to simplify and automate complex processes. Develop and implement strategic tax planning and provide support to the broader Finance organization. Monitor and manage effective internal control procedures over the income tax process. Prepare and review tax memos, correspondence and research. Identify factors that may lead to tax risks/opportunities and monitor uncertain tax positions with Income Tax Accounting Senior Director. Monitor new legislation and tax regulations that may impact the Company. Work closely with staff and managers of both the Tax and other key departments within the Company as well as external financial statement auditing of contract employees.

Reviewed and apply policies and procedures to underwrite unsecured and secured mortgageloans landlines of credit. Update loan procedures and train team members on loan corporate policies and procedures to identify cross sell opportunities and operate system to update and review tax analysis,credit reporting, and best practices. Performed credit analysis on mortgage applications and underwrite mortgages using underwriting processes and procedures. Lock-in and extend interest rates on Fanniemae. Developed and implemented seminars for credit union members to assist in loan growth. Consistently coach and train virtual team members on consumer and real estate loans. Extensive knowledge of calculating self-employment income, evaluating individual and business income tax returns and solvency for multiple business. Utilize standard forms required by investors. Conduct second review underwriting and reviewing of conditions for loan re-submissions which include re-working files for contacting lenders, and clearing loans for closing. Training and mentoring Underwriters in all aspects of internal systems,company policies and procedures, and investor requirements.

In my role as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, I facilitates the effective staffing of client the company or organization. We do this by assessing the staffing needs of their company and then identifying and recruiting talented individuals to fill those needs. We work very closely with hiring managers to ensure that they adequately understand the needs of the manager and the requirements and expectations of the job. We also participate in the interviewing and hiring process, source and recruit candidates using a variety of outlets, such as job postings and social media, while effectively targeting the right kinds of candidates for the job. In addition, reviewing resumes, cover letters, and assess interview performance. Another important part of my role as a Talent Acquisition Specialists is to complete all pre-screening and screening activities for prospective employees, which may include calling previous employers and completing background screens and drug tests. Throughout this process, we develop relationships with prospective talent. We also seek out and recommend creative new ways of sourcing talent.
