• Provide leadership, vision, strategy, and direction in multiple aspects of Microsoft’s 365 ecosystem and its supporting services to achieve operational excellence and to ensure alignment with Gensler’s technology goals and objectives• Manage and empower a distributed team by providing professional development, feedback, mentorship, and developing talent. Set goals and initiatives and track teams' progress.• Oversee M365 Collaboration Services annual budgeting and forecasting • Foster working relationships with CTO and IT leadership, cross-functional Hub studios, and Practice Areas to deliver value to the business, identify areas of strategic investment and productivity needs.• Partner with the Collaboration Services Operations Lead to identify opportunities and drive improvements to operations and business resilience. Define and implement strategies and objectives for the transformation of processes, capabilities, and operating model in support of company growth.• Oversee eDiscovery investigations to closure including implementation of appropriate remediation measures to reduce risk of exploitation• Develop relationships with external partners to anticipate and prepare for current and future needs of the business. Collaborate with industry and partner organizations on operational trends and best practices.• Ensure smooth delivery of Microsoft 365 services by monitoring and measuring service desk performance measures. Develops and executes strategic plans in support of key initiatives in a timely and fiscally responsible manner.
