With over 20 years of experience in various roles related to learning and development, customer service, client services, and human resources, I am a passionate and dedicated professional who strives to produce positive outcomes for each organization that I serve. I currently work as a Customer Service Supervisor at The Cigna Group, one of the leading global health service companies.In my current role, I coach and develop future leaders while ensuring the provision of excellent customer service. I leverage my Master of Education in Adult Learning and Training, as well as my previous Master's degree in Human Resources Management, to design and deliver effective and engaging technical training programs for senior analysts. I also apply my skills in process improvement, conducting meetings, and problem solving to enhance the performance and satisfaction of my team and our clients.
