I subsitute for teachers at Crawford County Community Schools. I help students in the classroom environment with reading, writing and math. I try to figure out what works best when working with children one on one. We all learn differently and are not the same. This makes us unique in our own way.

I work with grades kindergarten through 5th. When working with the students emphasis is on reading, math, and writing. We strive to make the student stronger and more confident in these areas of learning. Each student/person has a unique way of retaining material. We work to help the student tap into their way of learning.

I did quality assurance checks on new parts just starting up or current molds that were just repaired. My job was to check the measurements of parts being molded and stop the production if corrections were needed. During my time at Limmco I also was an office manager, and worked on the floor as a machine operator. My last position was as the assistant quality assurance manager.
