Hello and welcome! Have you ever ziplined off a mountain? I have. It was exciting and scary at the same time! I believe that everyone is dealing with some sort of mountain, and that support, understanding, teamwork, and courage all go together!With that said, I am a psychologist, thinker, learner, creator, and communicator who enjoys making and building things--products, projects, processes, and programs. I an animal welfare advocate and psychologist supporting the human-animal bond. I also provide evidenced-based psychological services to help people reach their goals. Building bridges among people, cultures, communities, and even companion animals, I aim to foster environments where everyone can thrive. We all have strengths and we all need help at times.
