As a Medical Officer at the United States Air Force, I lead and manage the civilian personnel and manpower functions of the 59th Medical Wing, the largest medical wing in the Air Force. I oversee the recruitment, retention, training, and development of over 1,000 civilian employees, ensuring that they are aligned with the wing's mission, vision, and values. I also coordinate and execute the manpower planning and budgeting processes, optimizing the allocation of resources and personnel across the wing's units and facilities.I hold an MBA in Organizational Leadership from the University of Saint Mary and a BS in Biology from the United States Air Force Academy. I am also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute. I leverage my education and certification to apply best practices and methodologies in leading and managing complex and diverse projects and teams, delivering high-quality and timely results. I have a strong background and interest in joint military operations, having participated in several international and national exercises and missions. I am a former professional runner for the Air Force, competing in the 800 meter run in various events and championships. I am driven by a passion for excellence, service, and teamwork.
