Ensure compliance with internal and external policies and regulations.• Manage and oversee monthly closing activities • Review AR activities, unbilled and deferred revenue, revenue recognition, bookings and backlog • Review and enhance account reconciliations, journal entries, analyze variances, ensure accounting activities are well documented and supported, ready for audit.• Drive analytics to support inventory management ensuring accurate cycle counts, E&O risks mitigations, and scrap management.• Manage product cost valuations and annual cost rolls.• Perform analysis on manufacturing variances, identify opportunities for cost savings.• Manage fixed assets, Capex spending and forecasting to AOP.• Coordinate internal and external audits with adherence to corporate accounting policies, Sarbanes Oxley requirements, and approval authority matrix.• Supervise 3 team members
