As the Payroll Clerk, I performed bi-monthly Payroll processing for over 100 employees. I added all of the time cards and hand keyed them into the system to process payroll. I also did all of the paperwork, W-4, I-9, 401k, Health Insurance and other payroll forms required by the state. I was responsible for keying in employee raises and bonuses and also the Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Payroll Tax reports. I was responsible for collecting 1099 information, updating Vendor addresses, taking discounts, returns and making sure the amounts being paid were correct.As part of the Order processing department, I would take calls daily over the phone from the salesmen and key them directly into the system. Other calls came from the clients and again those were keyed manually into the system. Other orders were for pickup so those calls required being entered into the system, picked by the warehouse crew and then invoiced before the client arrived for pickup.
