16 years ago I 'fell' into insurance ... because more often than not that's how we all enter the industry....I have worked my way up (and across) through some reputable companies, working for both insurer and client. My experience spans personal lines sales, claims, managing whole of account client side, underwriting commercial fleet and liability and Business development and relationship management. Currently working with some of QBE's largest key account clients in People risk, Commercial Lines. My strengths are building and developing relationships, honestly and transparency with all transactions, influencing a team to perform to achieve success and negotiating difficult conversations.
