About 35 years ago, I was cold-calling and ended up having a conversation with a complete stranger that changed the trajectory of my career … After a few minutes on the phone, he said “I’d really like you to meet my boss.” I was dissatisfied with my current company as I felt the principal of the company lacked integrity and honesty. My new friend set up the interview and after meeting with his boss, I was offered a position on the spot. The company that I’m referring to is R. P. In today’s world, it’s almost unheard of that people stay with the same company for that long, but it has been an easy decision for me because this company is built on honesty, integrity … and we are truly one big family.
