I had been a transcription/virtual assistant contractor for many years when the opportunity arose to take over the management of OutScribe and ScribeOut and become a director. I manage not only the day-to-day operations of the company, but also the client and contractor relations. Making sure there is a smooth flow of work and clients receive their transcripts on time is what gives me the buzz of a day well spent.
