Initiated, planned, executed, monitored, controlled and closed all projects, overseeing all project functions, including scheduling, project reports, presentations, stakeholder engagement, negotiations and final completion. Designed, developed and implemented Multiuser Database that interconnects with the project tracking tool, enabling users to enter and extract information/data to manage daily project tasks. Database is used by process controls, document controls, site acquisition and construction teams. Assisted senior leadership with creating and modifying processes and procedures to meet current standards and drive company-wide productivity, performance and quality improvements. Assumed full responsibility for all business licensing for Arizona jurisdictions. Reviewed and revised leases to ensure accuracy of information; obtained required lease documentation, including zoning approvals, building permits and construction drawings. Coordinated with AT&T and their suppliers to secure materials/equipment for all project tasks.
