As Global Planner within Supply Chain Planning I have had 2 different jobs. My first job was to secure the agreed internal delivery plan in SAP IBP was implemented correctly in our planning system and secure the level was maintained when new orders came in.This included standardization of data in order to make an automatization in Excel through VBA to drill down the plans to all MSI’s. My second job was to plan the tower production in Europe across several plants.This included balancing capacity with forecast/demand on each warehouse. I have also spend time on optimizing the interaction between the planning demand and purchase in order to secure aligned plans.
