I help people clear out what no longer serves them so they can dive deeper into a life of happiness, abundance and prosperity.My energy work background is Forensic Healing, Reiki and Applied Muscle Testing.When physical solutions do not work for physical issues, we must look deeper.There are things I've learnt in my spiritual journey that has pushed me into uncomfortable territory. It reached a point where I can't not not work with the physical body separate to spirit.I have 10+ years in the health and fitness industry working on the body, mindset, health and behaviours.I've also done the work myself. I have personal experience overcoming many hard knocks - PTSD, eating disorder, addictions, physical abuse, emotional abuse, leaving a cult and reversing negative life programs and beliefs. I turned my pain into power. I am a Mum of two boys, run a personal training business and an online energy healing business.
