It reached a point where I can't not not work with the physical body separate to spirit.I have 10+ years in the health and fitness industry working on the body, mindset, health and behaviours.I've also done the work myself. I have personal experience overcoming many hard knocks - PTSD, eating disorder, addictions, physical abuse, emotional abuse, leaving a cult and reversing negative life programs and beliefs. I turned my pain into power. I am a Mum of two boys, run a personal training business and an online energy healing business.
