Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Engaging with employers to win new business and source learners, selling and promoting our services through self generated leads, maximise the penetration of new and dormant clients as well as converting leads from the call centre to new customers and ultimately increasing our apprenticeship programmes. Conversion of employer leads from the call centre in geographical area into learners onto occupancy, maximisation of penetration of National Accounts virgin and dormant branches, finding local employers, engaging with them and converting learners to occupancy and finding Placed Apprenticeship vacancies in new employers.
