President in the 37th Board of BEST-Estonia, a student-driven organization at TalTech with over 180 members. BEST-Estonia aims to cultivate an international mindset, teach event organization skills, and provide opportunities to develop a wide range of competencies.Key Responsibilities:- Strategic year planning- Managing the board’s activities- Overseeing organizational operations- Leading board meetings and planning sessions- Collaborating with project teams- Organizing monthly meetings and general assembliesAchievements:Our primary focus was initiating the process for hosting the international BEST General Assembly in November 2024. I was actively involved in putting together and defending the proposal. Additionally, I overviewed the General Assembly project team and four other project teams. Throughout my term, we successfully organized 13 major and minor projects.

BESTx is an annual conference event organized by BEST-Estonia. The conference focuses on topics from different fields and brings together students, academic experts, and industry professionals from Estonia to share knowledge, ideas, and experiences.As part of the core team, I was responsible for speakers and logistics. My tasks included:- Finding speakers and maintaining regular communication with them.- Delegating tasks and managing helpers.- Coordinating the technical aspects of the event day.- Creating the schedule and coordinating tasks during the event.- Coordinating event day preparations.Organizing the event required excellent time-management skills to balance the project and school simultaneously. The tasks involved extensive coordination with many people, but our hard work paid off, as we successfully hosted around 110 participants.

Student company Kärri produced beeswax wraps and was active during 2020/2021 school year. During this time I got the opportunity to be a head of the company as well as manage Kärri's social media presence. Key tasks:- Setting the direction and vision for the brand, and finding growth opportunities.- overseeing production, and developing the process according to the company values. - Developing and implementing marketing and sales strategies. - Leading and motivating the team, creating a supportive environment. - Staying up-to-date with the market and competitors, adjusting strategies according to the market.
