Annette M. Walker is the President, Strategy for Providence St. Joseph Health, a not-for-profit health system that combines Providence Health & Services and St. Joseph Health. Annette also serves and the Chief Executive of St. Joseph Health. Both organizations have served the Western U.S. for more than a century and together comprise 106,000 caregivers who serve in 50 hospitals, 829 clinics and hundreds of programs and services across Alaska, California, Montana, New Mexico, Oregon, Texas and Washington.

Reported directly to the CEO, facilitated the development of a highly effective strategic vision for the St. Joseph Health. St. Joseph Health is one of the nation’s top Catholic health systems, serves communities throughout California, Texas and New Mexico. A $6 billion not-for-profit organization, St. Joseph Health consists of 16 hospitals, medical groups and physician organizations, home health agencies, hospice care, outpatient services, skilled nursing facilities, community outreach services and health and wellness centers. Led the multidisciplinary strategic services division responsible for business development, strategy development/execution, marketing, business intelligence, internal consulting, lean performance improvement technologies, the project management office, and philanthropy.
