Liaising with establishments, negotiating payment and cancellation terms and ensuring payment is made on time• Sourcing rental vehicle partners and managing the booking and payment processes for the +-130 rental vehicles used on event and dealing with any vehicle incidents that may arise.• Handing Crew online registration and requirements (+-1100 crew members) – pulling reports for accommodation, radio, vehicles and catering needs of the crew. Running the crew registration where accreditation, event kit and radios are handed out to the crew. • Working alongside the South African Institute for Drug Free Sport ensuring all their operational requirements are met in order for them to fulfil their role on event.• Managing the Volunteer Program, which includes communication mailers, in person and online workshops and on event personnel management.• Completing calendar applications for Cycling South Africa and UCI (International cycling body).• Managing the operational aspects for the Cycling South Africa and UCI Commissaires, this includes flights, accommodation and transport.
