Research, qualify and recruit participants for quantitative and qualitative research studies.

Assist students in applying for financial aid and resolve issues during the application process. Guide students in determining financial aid eligibility.

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, in writing and in person to provide detailed information and services.• Utilize multiple city created and PC software and technology systems to assist customers to have the best experience possible.• Prioritize and complete assigned tasks with little to no supervision while conveying a positive image.• Review submitted plans, update customer files, create and generate case numbers, calculate fees, collect payments, track/issue permits, and balance daily revenue.

• Assistant to Program Director.• Answer and direct calls, explain intricacies of the program to the public, assist walk-ins, and loan out HEPA vacuums• Manage office: file cases, process invoices, monitor/order supplies, maintain copier/printers, create forms, ship dust samples• Scan Risk Assessor and Case Manager files into the Cincinnati Area Geographical Information System (CAGIS) and Healthy Homes Lead Poisoning Surveillance System (HHLPSS)• Record staff meeting minutes, gather input from staff and create staff meeting agenda, prepare documents for fiscal, maintain records, enter daily reports into the Access database and send missing daily reports, monitor staff attendance, collect Leave of Absence forms and assist the program director with approving timesheets, fulfill records requests, order and gather lead literature for events and distribution, enter case manager household data, submit quarterly reports, track staff license expiration, and assist staff with various projects.
