I have worked in the marketing and communications industry for almost 20 years with international and national experience in senior client management roles for many high profile accounts including Nike, Mercedes-Benz, Levis, Playboy TV, Queensland Rail, Suncorp, Port of Brisbane and Origin Energy. I also spent over 5 years managing the Marketing, Communications and Customer Service strategies for a large organisation of 1800 employees.Customer service is central to my work ethic. In 2011, the customer service strategy I developed was awarded both the Queensland and National Award by the Customer Service Institute of Australia. In 2012 I was named Queensland Customer Service Executive of the Year.My tertiary education includes a Bachelor of Business, Graduate Certificate of Management, A Diploma of Business (Customer Service) and I am a Fellow of the Customer Service Institute of Australia.Personally, I have a love of exploring and adventure, and have travelled extensively throughout Europe, the UK and South America. My favourite place to visit by far is The Philippines where I am a regular visitor. After living in London, Melbourne and Brisbane, I moved to the Sunshine Coast upon the arrival of my son to enjoy the beautiful location and relaxed outdoor lifestyle.I am genuinely interested in understanding my client's business to be able to develop creatively practical marketing solutions.
