Responsible for: 1) serving as owner’s representative for multimillion-dollar capital improvement construction projects; 2) designing strategic standard operating procedures and workflows; 3) developing matching grant applications for non-profit agencies improvement projects; and, 4) consulting for space utilization studies and facility assessments. Includes managing projects through entire process starting with identifying funding sources to overseeing design and construction efforts to preparing end users for operational Day 1; developing and maintaining budgets, milestone schedules, scope, and cash flows; working with various-sized internal and external stakeholder and subcontractor teams; reporting project status updates to executive leaders, redevelopment commissions, adjacent businesses, and neighbors; and understanding cooperative procurement programs.
