Responsibilities include social media contributions and website maintenance; data integrity and information management. Oversee enterprise content management. Database management, database assistance and identifying and responding to training needs of staff; coordination of information gathering and data input and analyses, as well as contributing in the social media aspects of the state medical association. Develop and initiate policies and procedures for information creation, distribution and management. Manage the auditing of electronic and paper information for need, value and freshness. Provide assistance to staff for iMIS database. Responsible for numerous aspects of annual meeting planning - coordination of administrative functions, organize contacts with county and specialty societies, manage registrations and materials, as well as oversight of onsite office at event and serves as liaison for event staff, coordinating details to ensure attendees expectations are met or exceeded.

The MJB Foundation supports children with mental and physical challenges primarily in the Central Ohio area. By sponsoring recreational and educational activities, donating physical goods and services, and making monetary contributions we hope to bring Joy to these children. Duties include: active in website maintenance and social media efforts; involved in all aspects of charity event planning and organization; acquiring corporate donations for raffles and silent auctions at events; shared financial responsibilities and duties of historian; contact with public at events as well as secondary contact with recipients of donations made by the MJB Foundation; assist in research of potential recipients, organizations and donations; assist in social media responsibilities.
