Responsibility for the development and execution of all Healthcare proposals, proposal content and proposal-related activity for CVS Health. Effectively managing pharmaceutical costs and improving health care outcomes through pharmacy benefit management (PBM), mail order and specialty pharmacy division, CVS Pharmacy retail stores and Minute Clinic.

Leadership responsibility for project, proposal and document management in response to customer issued proposals. Project and change management responsibility for internal automation initiatives including SharePoint, Salesforce. - Led, managed and mentored Bid Management organization supporting a worldwide customer base managing a nationally dispersed virtual team of over 70 employees comprised of Group Mangers, Bid Managers, Production Specialists, Infrastructure/Reporting Analysts, Global Pricing Analysts, Technical Bid Managers and Contractors. - Project managed, led and delivered professional customer response for technical proposals (RFP, RFI, RFQ) delivering a high quality competitive response strategically positioning company to retain or acquire business. - Responsibility for infrastructure support including the planning, maintenance and development of SharePoint (collaborative workspace), Global Content Library Repository, Engagement Tool Development and Bid Management Reporting. - Continuous innovative development of process improvement to enhance the efficiency of the organization. - Managed and implemented process and change management utilizing Lean Six Sigma Methodology. - Responsibility for global internal training to sales and sales support providing training on tools and process.
