Storytelling for many of us began in elementary school on a Fall day sharing "My summer vacation..." Whether traditional beach trip or cultural adventure of a lifetime, travel memories are indelible. When I learned about careers in Hospitality Sales I was hooked! I've since launched three North America based sales teams for new luxury brand hospitality enterprises. Creating differentiation through storytelling of luxury travel experiences is both sales strategy and passion. I've been fortunate to collaborate with over 35 new hotels in 20 countries targeting incentive travel and meetings. Business demands during this time included two company mergers, multiple sales re-organizations and strategic planning amidst shifting global economies. Direct interface with senior leadership, ownership groups and customers necessitated entrepreneurial drive, implementing results-oriented solutions in fast-paced environments. Working for startup divisions and entrepreneurial companies has also allowed me to develop skills in a variety of areas outside my direct sales leadership responsibilities- B2B marketing activations, partnerships, promotions, client events and presentations.
