Executive Assistant To The President
CurrentDescription: Manage complex calendar, scheduling and coordination for the Chairman and President • Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and an ability to handle sensitive/discreet material • Oversee professional and personal philanthropies and state licenses for President • Prepare and reconcile all company expenses • Edit and proof legal documents, contracts, and spreadsheets • Provide logistical support for events and conferences • Manage domestic and international travel for multiple high-level executives • Provide project management of key deadlines and deliverables for multiple entities • Serve as Notary Public for legal documents, contracts, and lease agreements • Create Secretary of State Annual Reports, Formations, and Statements of Information Filings • Oversee office operations, procedures, and direct IT staff • Coordinate with management to onboard new hires.
