An all encompassing and varied role. Working within a small Marketing Team for a £22m telecommunications business, I was responsible for all things Marketing and Design both traditional and digital.My role included everything from the content development, design and management of print and online media, to the creative and content development and statistical reporting of the company’s various websites. I was further responsible for the management of the company blog and social media accounts used to draw traffic to our group website for qualification.

My Role at Convergys encompassed all things design and marketing from being responsible for the formatting, design and production of professionally branded documentation across the EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Africa) region, to the management of Convergys UK promotional items. I was responsible for the creation of a full range of graphics for the EMEA regions’ internal web portal and developed and maintained valuable Desktop Publishing resource materials for company-wide use.I collaborated with the wider Marketing Team to produce design and presentation materials for high profile events (e.g., Mobile World Congress) and formed a major part of a collaborative design team tailoring new corporate branding to regional need; this includes: tailored MS PowerPoint templates, the creation of MS Word templates, tailored colour palettes, tailored branding guidelines, and re-branding and launching of the EMEA DTP internal portal and all its contents.During my time at Convergys I developed and presented a series of Microsoft PowerPoint training sessions to business executives across the EMEA region and played an active design role in the companies social club; designing promotional literature for major events.

A temporary role for a UK-based, EMEA focused, telecommunications company. My role was that of Customer Services Advisor but I assisted the Marketing Department with various activities.In addition to my Customer Services responsibilities, I assisted the Marketing Department in the following capacities:- Responsible for the creation and maintenance of a Marketing Customer Database containing approximately 300 verified contacts; Database content was drawn from 3 different company systems and amalgamated into 1 data spreadsheet- Assisted with general administrationCustomer Services Advisor:- Logging incoming fault calls, general queries regarding various works, and general reception and administration duties- Front-line contact with customers, engineers, and all levels of management within the company
