I find I can tell stories best in the video editing process. The most important part of editing any piece of work, is not the technical skills (because anyone can learn those), it's being able to relate to the story and characters, and knowing how those things will affect and reach your audience members. It's playing around with shots and sounds, ideas and views, and taking a good, but reasonable, amount of time to accept that what you've created is the best possible version of itself.My strengths are:- Ability to do well under pressure.- Ability to think objectively and creatively at the same time.- Ability to relate to others and a piece of work emotionally; with empathy.- A humble leader, capable of listening but knowing what needs to get done.- Timely.- Efficient.
