My role involves assisting a build team, customer care and the surrounding area to provide the best customer service experience that Crest Nicholson provides to a purchaser.This is a role that involves being the bridge of communication between site, sales, customer care and most importantly the home owner. We provide an onsite owner ship to every home owner who purchases a property with Crest Nicholson throughout the initial purchase until the provided two year warranty ends.
