Annette Hines Email and Phone Number
My name is Annette Hines. I always tell people that, first and foremost, I’m a mother of two daughters, one of whom passed away from mitochondrial disease in 2013. My daughter Elizabeth was profoundly impacted by her healthcare needs and disabilities. I share my family's experiences with her journey through my courses and in my memoir, Butterflies and Second Chances, to provide others with hope and consolation that they’re not alone. 🦋I have been practicing Special Needs, Elder Law, and Estate Planning for over twenty years. I advocate for the disabled community and guide families of children with special needs, the elderly, and others in the community. I use what I have learned to create a comprehensive support system for special needs families, helping them navigate their unique challenges and find the support they require. When confronted with my own daughter’s passing, I pondered how I could merge my experiences and passion for quality special needs planning and advocacy to support families further. ❤️That’s when I founded Special Needs Family Services. We specialize in special needs planning, trust administration, guardianship and conservatorship, and the skilled and hands-on administration of First-Party and Third-Party Special Needs Trusts. While I loved bringing information, resources, and services to our disability community nationwide, I knew real-life support systems were crucial to thriving amidst it all. This led to the opening of Circle of Care and the SNAP (Special Needs Advocacy & Planning) Masterclass, to help individuals become effective advocates for themselves or their disabled family members. I also started Parenting Impossible—The Special Needs Survival Podcast, which is available on Apple, Spotify, and other podcast sites. In recent years, I have helped families to:-Navigate complex legal and financial issues-Advocate effectively for their loved ones-Access tailored case management services-Build supportive and inclusive communities-Enhance their knowledge through specialized coursesEveryone's situation is personal, and I strive to help each family plan for the future and approach each challenge with confidence and grace. If you're ready to begin this journey together, let’s connect. You can contact me here or on my website (https://annettehines.com) or email me at annette@annettehines.com.
