Responsible for leadership and project management for teams of software developers. Since June 2007, have served as team leader for 2 development teams simultaneously; both teams successfully completed their projects on time and with all requirements met. As team leader, am responsible for mentoring of team members, leading regular and ad hoc status meetings and project meetings, negotiating cross-team and cross-group dependencies, participating in analysis, design, and scoping efforts for software development projects, providing guidance and support for issue resolution. As project manager, responsible for project planning and tracking, development of functional specifications, resource and dependency management, work assignment, project/task prioritization, timeline negotiation, and consultation associated with both team and business unit projects.

Member of team responsible for the design, development, enhancement, maintenance, and support of an extensive set of infrastructure-level software components used by Acxiom to enable grid computing including a client-server shared storage repository system, a job submission/scheduling system, and an auditing and reporting subsystem. Member of team responsible for development, enhancement, maintenance, and support of web-based UI used to define and submit workflows. Led the effort to improve usability and UI consistency by working with stakeholders and providing functional prototypes developed using Visual Basic, CGI, and HTML. Participated in system analysis, design, deployment, training, documentation, as well as support and implementation consultation.
