Since joining People First HR Services 16 years ago, Annette has been a key associate of the Senior Management and Executive Search division. From developing and maintaining candidate relationships to the development of candidate materials and sourcing talent nationwide, she is a Certified Advanced Internet Recruiter, professionally trained in targeted internet research. With a strong aptitude for technology, she quickly conceptualizes talent requirements and skillsets into workable and executable search strategies. Annette began her candidate acquisition career at the start of the digital communications and social networking explosion and was quick to capitalize on new ways of engaging professionals. She has extensive experience in researching, identifying and accessing executive and senior management talent to build talent pools nationally and locally and has been instrumental in the design and implementation of People First HR’s candidate sourcing and engagement processes and best practices. Annette’s years of generalist experience in recruitment and executive search research have allowed her to successfully identify and recruit executive candidates across Canada in every sector, industry and functional area.Having started her career in the service industry, Annette has always enjoyed working with people and is naturally driven to provide a high level of service and quality of work to her clients and candidates.
