I joined a team of two people at Parkheath. As a Lettings Negotiator I would also have to arrange everything to progress a new tenancy, renew the tenancies and also undertake the property management throughout the tenancy. Since then Parkheath have gone from strength to strength and expanded the Lettings department to be one of the largest in our area and we now have dedicated departments dealing with all the various processes, Tenancy Progression department, a Renewals Department and a dedicated Property Management Department.
