I’m an experienced leader with more than 10 years in managing and delivering services that support children, young people, and families. My passion lies in promoting social inclusion, equity, and the overall well-being of communities. Throughout my career, I’ve worked to develop and implement programs that create nurturing environments where every individual, regardless of their background (or role), can thrive.I’ve held roles such as Educational Excellence Specialist, Service Support Specialist, and Regional Operations Manager, where I’ve led teams to achieve high standards of care and service delivery. My focus on continuous improvement, compliance with the National Quality Framework, and fostering professional development has contributed to positive outcomes for children, young people, and our the communities.Now, I’m taking the next step in my journey by pursuing a Graduate Certificate in Human Services at Griffith University. This program will allow me to further expand my knowledge and skills to make an even greater impact in supporting diverse communities and advancing social justice.I am passionate about creating positive change and look forward to connecting with others who share similar values & purpose.
