With experience as a brand strategist, leadership coach, and skills trainer, I’m passionate about helping individuals and organizations find clarity, grow, and succeed by embracing different viewpoints and ideas.As someone who’s both Japanese and Black, I bring a unique, multicultural lens to my work. This background allows me to connect with and understand diverse perspectives, which is key in today’s world. My academic journey—studying English, Religious Studies, and Film and Production—helped sharpen my ability to think critically, communicate clearly, and understand what drives people. That foundation led me to an exciting marketing career where I’ve been able to balance strategic and creative roles to deliver meaningful results.In 2015, I started Truth Brief Coaching + Consulting here in Ireland, blending strategic planning with solution-focused coaching. My Truth Brief Framework helps solopreneurs and leaders align their values with their actions, giving them the tools to build their businesses authentically and confidently. I also consult with organizations to align leadership teams around shared goals and visions, enhancing overall performance.Before that, I led brand strategy projects at Noetic Consultants, creating training programs that reached thousands globally. I even conducted a major research study on U.S. community colleges, uncovering key insights about their marketing challenges. Earlier in my career, I worked on everything from B2B strategies at Gensler to running B2C campaigns at Discovery, Inc., gaining valuable experience across different industries.At the core of everything I do is a love for strategic planning, skill development, and fostering collaboration. I’m here to listen, support, and guide my clients toward growth and performance—whether that’s through coaching, consulting, or helping them develop new skills.
