The Women’s Executive Board is designed to help women executives and women business owners the drive, confidence and insights to achieve their loftiest goals. As featured in Entrepreneur Magazine, this peer advisory board model helps women in business address their most pressing challenges, as well as their biggest opportunities. Through a facilitated process, members from non-competitive industries give feedback on a wide variety of issues. Members are taught and held accountable on key performance metrics, challenged on their leadership development, and given access to resources for improving culture and strategy for organizations. We work exclusively with women, because female executives face different challenges and opportunities than their male counterparts. Not to mention that when men enter the equation, the conversation tends to shift on both sides - we speak honestly and directly to all issues. Our mission is to accelerate business growth, enhance leadership development, and improve organizational culture.

As the first franchise owner for EWF International®, I built a solid, successful peer advisory business in less than a year, with its members representing companies with over 40,000 employees and $23 billion in total annual revenues. My franchise was featured in Entrepreneur Magazine. I currently facilitate two executive forum groups and leads annual leadership retreats to various destinations across the US.

EDA was founded on the premise that executive development must clearly support the achievement of an organization’s strategic objectives. If it doesn’t, don’t do it. It will waste the organization’s time and money because it will have no significant impact. EDA has always been a consulting boutique providing personal, high-touch service to each client. Our belief is that our consultants should have real, hands-on, business experience. We prefer to provide our clients with consultants who have worked in major corporations to design/develop custom programs tied to the business strategy and who had to live with the results. We aspire for our consultants to be experienced in practical business experience, not just academic theory.
