Showdown Displays has given me the opportunity to learn, grow and develop talents within myself that I didn't even know existed. Through my journey with the company I have been promoted four times. I started with the company working on the Production Graphics team. My talents within the Graphics Department helped me to move into the Product Management realm where I helped create and maintain all of the product templates and assembly instructions for our vast product line. When the opportunity for a Corporate Trainer became available, others within the company saw the potential within me to succeed in this position. I found a hidden talent, and passion, within myself - training people. I transitioned from the Product Management team to the Human Resources team in 2014 and have found my niche for success. The creative design talent within me paired with my passion for sharing knowledge has allowed me to create informative and interactive training documents and videos for the Human Resources team. When I demonstrated my capability and love for learning new technologies, I was promoted to be the HRIS expert for the team. I have enjoyed creating workflows, building macros within Word and Excel and making custom BI reports within UltiPro, our HR record management system, to create efficiencies for our managers and employees.

I was nominated to be the in-house computer consultant for the district's custom volunteer management database.

I started in the sign department programming a Gerber AR 600 router table for the construction of 2D and 3D signage and by the end of my time with the company I had worked my way up to Director Of Design. As Director Of Design Services I managed all stages of artistic development for custom design/build projects that specialized in themed interiors and signage.
