I am responsible for orderentry, monitoring delivery times and organize transport for orders place ex works. I am regularly in contact with our suppliers and carriers. Also I am checking the stocks in our own warehouse and also external storage and correct them if necessary. I am preparing artikelnumbers for new items. Also I assist our copack department with buying necessary material for their production but also enter production orders. I process of goods we receive.Because of my knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics NAV I also help with problems during working with it and I am in contact with the IT department if the "problem" is to complex. I am also responsable for controling the invoices of our carriers and checking the in- and output of pallets.In fact I am the contact for sales, purchase, transport and warehouse.
