I'm handling all the business controlling related tasks and I'm responsible for developing, implementing and tracking projects' financial reporting and processes. I provide management ad-hoc reports, I built setup for long-term forecasting especially for fund-raising purposes and was responsible of budgeting for the whole Black Donuts Group. In addition I support the corporate finance function with cashflow, payments, month-end tasks and year-end reporting. I'm also participating Black Donuts Board meetings as finance representative.

I was responsible for TKM TTT's support functions: finance, IT and operational HR. I was also part of the management team. During my time in TKM TTT we outsourced payroll and IT services and concentrated on the financial reporting processes, accuracy and visibility of numbers and supporting decision making through data. We were able to turn the company profitable after few loss making years during turbulent times and in global environment. Challenges included for example Covid-19 restrictions, fire in our factory, Suez Canal blockage and also sanctions and increasing prices due to Russian war.

I was appointed as megaproject controller. My responsibility is the financial reporting of our biggest customer projects. I´m accountable of the accurate and timely monthly reporting and project cost estimations. I´m making analysis, supporting project directors and managers, following and estimating cashflow, mitigating risks, handling hedges and instructing the local finance personnel in USA, UK and in Germany about project related matters. As a total these projects are over 300 MEUR in revenue. In addition I support and give guidance to project sales.

I was managing our local finance team in Tampere, which included 3 employees. Our responsibility was to check that the monthly reporting and accounting was correct and report the balance sheet items. We also improved the data quality a lot after finance application (SAP) migration in the beginning of the year, mainly by clearing several years’ old balances. We also concentrated to SAP development issues by correcting system errors and processes. And one of our tasks was to support local SAP users and instruct the outsourced financial services.

Was an entrepreneur in company that designed, manufactured and distributed our own women's fashion leather handbags. During the companys' life cycle I handled financing, bookkeeping, sales, manufacturing, logistics and even shutting down the operations.

I was appointed as RDE business controller in January 2011 and I was a part of RDE organizations’ management team. We had 500 R&D engineers globally and I was building up financial reporting, cost follow-ups and global resource pool from them. Our aim was to have flexible resource usage between all Cargotec projects and for that we needed resource tool. I was also appointed as a project manager for acquiring and implementing that resource tool.

Organization structure was changed and there was a need to develop and harmonize the reporting. My responsibility was to support business area reporting, budgeting- and forecasting processes. I also analyzed the profitability and cost structure of our product lines. I have participated in “Controllers Pro-ohjelma”-training, which was organized by WSOY during 2010.

First I worked in Kalmar group reporting. My task was to report monthly and annual results to Cargotec Oyj, our parent company. I also participated in reporting applications development work. Later on I transferred to Cargotec group reporting and was additionally participating external reporting for the whole corporation.

UPM-Kymmene Oyj centralized its financial services to Tampere starting at January 2007. First assignment was taking care of the transition when retrieving tasks from Scandinavian Sales Companies (six legal entities). Continued with harmonizing the bookkeeping and the ways of work. After that I was responsible for accounting and reporting of mentioned Sales companies. UPM-Kymmene Oyj corporate communication language is English so financial terminology as well as written and spoken English is fluent.

Main responsible was financial services for one association and three companies. Work consists of bookkeeping, payments, sales and purchase ledgers, also handling internal, external and parent company reporting. Addition to duties mentioned above, taking care of payroll for 250 employees was also part of a job.

Employed for TietoEnator Oyj via Celectus Oy (recruiting company). Taking care of parent company’s´ balance accounts and clearing up transactions that have been booked. One is responsible also of handling inter company sales and purchase ledger, as well as confirmations to opposite company. Reporting language has been English.

Main responsible was developing guidance for termination of customers’ contracts and their reporting. Part of a work was also providing assistance to sales ledger, invoicing and customer services.

Responsibilities included taking care of investment and leasing contracts. As well as handling customer services as a part of a team. Dealing with bank account transactions and partial bookkeeping in monthly financial statements was also part of a job. Was a member of a new system development project and tested it as a user’s point of view. I made my final thesis to Häme Polytechnic University from electronic filing in OKO Bank´s Finance Company Services. The purpose of this thesis was to study electronic processes and evaluate them with savings that the new filing system has generated.
