I lead the cluster that is developing financial health tools and services on George, the digital platform of Erste Group. We are responsible for features such as Personal Finance Manager, Financial Health zone, Money Automation, Saving goals, George Tips. As stream lead I coordinate the integration testing with development teams, manage acceptance testing with business departments and liaise with the other IFRS9 projects. Managed rollout of the first unified group product with centralised operations to 3 cross border entities.
