My number one goal is always to help others learn to be independent and successful, no matter what it takes. As a problem solver mentality who's always focused on continuous improvement opportunities, I thrive while working with others, and have done so for over a decade now. My past roles have ranged from managerial positions in Fortune 500 companies, to working one on one with patients in mental crisis, and my passion for working with and for others has never changed.My key note successes include my academic achievements, ranging from a 3.9 GPA at the University of Arkansas for my M Ed in Human Resources and Workforce Development, to working with researchers on the forefront of cognition and creativity in the working mind. I have consulting and project management experience through working with the University of Arkansas and surrounding businesses. I have helped with many academically published research projects, though my personal favorite includes the effects of caffeine on working memory, creativity, and problem solving. I have also presented my own research on the effects of different medias and the perception of the LGBTQ+ community at the Southern States Communication Association annual conference.Any and all challenges excite me, and I'm always looking for new experiences. I excel in an environment that values employee collaboration and achievement, and I'm very results-driven. In my free time when I'm not doing research, you can often find me out enjoying art, working on various craft projects, or spending time with my cat, Francis.
