Acted as head project consultant for the Scott Family Amazeum's HR department to assist them with their retention and succession rates. After conducting a SOAR analysis and appreciative inquiry, I developed a series of goals for each department and created a performance management system to assist with their leadership finding who would be best suited for promotions, wage increases, and have discussions with team members on their futures with the company. This was the final project to complete my Master's Degree in Human Resources and Workforce Development
