Responsible for developing a Corporate Engagement program focused on attracting corporations to help fund HandsOn Suburban Chicago. Services provided to corporations include the development and execution of volunteer projects for groups of employees that are customized to each company's corporate social responsibility goals, as well as training and consulting and employee leadership development opportunities.Oversaw creation and growth of a program matching the professional skills of corporate employees with the needs of local nonprofits and schools. Program benefitted the corporate employees, the nonprofit or school and the local community.Extensive involvement in marketing and networking to grow brand awareness within the communities served by HandsOn Suburban Chicago.

Teamed with local corporations to develop and execute managed projects engaging the corporations' employees in corporate social responsibility volunteer opportunities. The volunteer opportunities benefited local nonprofits and increased awareness of the corporations' contributions to the local community. The opportunities provided skill building and teamwork experiences for the employees while also enhancing employee satisfaction and retention.

Responsible for acquiring new clients and deepening relationships with and revenue from existing clients.
