 Responsible for growing motor coach, wholesale and retail agency accounts for all 40 Regency Hotel properties Solicit, negotiate, develop and book new and repeat T & T group business Promoted properties through outside sales calls, lead follow-up, prospecting, site inspections, referrals and networking Represent all Regency Hotel properties at travel shows, T & T shows, client receptions, presentations and agency visits Work closely with corporate office and each hotel/resort management to maximize RevPar with T & T revenue Develop quarterly sales activity / sales call plan and strategy Determine prospective customers from market information/resources, corporate office database Build and maintain a Sales Revolution prospecting list Quote and negotiate rates and terms that fit in with each property’s revenue management strategy Using SalesPro, establish and maintain records, documentation and reports on all accounts Arrange site inspections and off-site presentations for prospective clients Create and conduct persuasive verbal sales presentations to prospective clients Submit monthly and YTD sales report; generated from SalesPro Operate within the established sales expense budget Assist with special sales trips, sales blitzes and customer events
