As a leadership coach I am driven by the desire to show people that things can be different, better, and that work can be an environment in which individuals and their team can thrive every day. I do this by always being clear and kind; using my empathy to understand what it is that they need to want to change, and help them then take the necessary steps forward. I am my best possible self in a complex, challenging environment where I can work with under performing departments, branches and their leadership teams to get them to a sustainable (high) performing state which they can maintain themselves in an agile way. My success is making myself obsolete. Strong experience in:Agile (transformation) coaching, leadership coaching, interim management and public speaking. Experience in leading cultural transformations, guiding dysfunctional leadership teams, strategic/transformation programs and individual coaching. Excellent interpersonal skills gained through working with multi-cultural teams and in multiple countries (Netherlands, Norway, United Kingdom, Germany, Canada).
