Compare different screening technologies and screening instruments in the department to ensure continuous optimal performance and highest efficiency possible. Included as cLean initiative. Generation of plasmids containing the MCH class II DQ beta 3,2 with the purpose of transfecting mammalian cells to express this antigen.
