About Anne Yang
Growing up in both Taiwan and the US, and having traveled to 15+ countries, I've been pushed outside of my comfort zone multiple times and learned to quickly adapt to various environments. The cultural diversity I've been exposed to fueled my mind with passion and creativity, which is why I can perform well at my positions because I am able to deal with problems by thinking outside of the box and always bringing new ideas to the table.Being able to shed new light to old headaches is great, but knowing how to coordinate and carryout these ideas to develop my team and contribute to my company is even better. Luckily, I'm obsessed with organizing projects, overcoming difficulties and prioritizing responsibilities.I'm a creative thinker, problem-solver and currently the program manager of Organizational Excellence team at Tesla.When I'm not fostering a more positive company culture by improving employee engagement and morale, decreasing attrition by executing strategic initiatives that target core employee concerns or eliminating problems before they even see the light of day, you can find me playing the piano at home or in search of the next best restaurant in town because who doesn't love a little alone time or delicious food?
