Her job is to connect people with Doane University programs and initiatives that share the same vision of excellence. Doane University was founded in 1872 and is Nebraska’s oldest private liberal arts institution. Doane University serves approximately 1,000 residential students on its 300-acre Crete Campus. Doane University also has campuses in Lincoln and Omaha serving nearly 800 nontraditional undergraduate students and approximately 1,050 graduate students in counseling, education, and management. Doane is nationally recognized for its academic excellence, low student debt, and focus on student leadership. The Human Resources Office serves over 450 permanent employees plus additional adjunct faculty. Anne partners with faculty and staff to develop plans and strategies that will best serve the employees as well as Doane's strategic plan.
