CurrentMajor Project Experience:Managed the environmental liability for clients, including but not limited to ExxonMobil, Hess, Pfizer and Electrolux. Select accomplishments include: • Lead for the divestiture of over 2,000 properties worldwide for ExxonMobil. Led the planning and implementation of Phase I and Phase II Environmental Site Assessments according to rigid schedules, budgets and safety requirements. Responsible for three direct reports and their teams and five technical consultant firms represented by 25 offices across the country. Main point of contact for ExxonMobil management, technical consultants and regulatory agencies in accordance with the established Communications Plan. Responsible for safety stewardship for technical consultants and subcontractors in accordance with ExxonMobil’s behavior based safety program, project milestone tracking and information management via a web based SharePoint site in accordance with client’s Management and Protection of Information policy. Provided support for a team of ExxonMobil environmental professionals internationally to manage milestone tracking and safety performance data during European divestitures. Responsible for the financial management and reporting to ExxonMobil management. • Managed environmental liability for several retail service station portfolios across the country for ExxonMobil and Hess. A typical portfolio included over 100 retail stations, and required that safety stewardship, financial management and timelines and remedial strategies be managed consistent with the client’s goals and objectives. Served as main point of contact with regulatory agencies, legal counsel and technical consultants.• Managed worldwide environmental reserve database for Pfizer. Worked closely with in-house and outside counsel to ensure all environmental liabilities and associated financials were properly tracked and significant events were appropriately communicated.
