CurrentLeadership – Engage and mobilize all parts of FamilyWise in pursuit of the mission, vision and strategic objectives of the organization. Management – Manage staff of the organization to successfully implement the strategic direction, including infrastructure development and organizational growth. Identify, measure and communicate the metrics that demonstrate progress in achieving the mission and vision. Finance– Develop appropriate annual and longer term financial objectives and lead FamilyWise in consistently achieving these objectives. Manage FamilyWise’s $2.1 M budget, provided by government, fee for service, United Way, individuals, and philanthropic sources. Fund Raising - Manage fund development strategies for the organization to ensure diverse funding. Program Development – Promote the organization and identify opportunities that allow for programmatic and organizational growth in areas that fit our mission, meet a community need and are sustainable. Stakeholder Relationships – Serve as the external spokesperson for the organization and maintain and increase the level of engagement from key stakeholder groups, including counties, individuals, corporations, and foundations. Lead effective outreach and engagement of diverse communities. Build collaborative strategic alliances to further achievement of the mission. Strategy –With the Board of Directors, develop long and short-term action plans and activities that support the mission and vision. Identify short and long term trends in the non-profit and family services sectors and position the organization to thrive.
