About Ann Gao

Hi! I'm Ann, a Product Designer with 4+ years of experience. My multidisciplinary skillset in design, visual arts, software development, and psychology has allowed me to work in a range of environments ranging from large international companies to start-ups. Currently, I'm designing at Lox Club, where I spearhead the design of our iOS app to build experiences that revolutionize the way people find their perfect partner. Previously, I was a design intern at Garmin where I built their Sketch design system for marine devices and designed an IOT device application that allows users to control their boat's entertainment and sound systems in one place. And prior to that I was a front-end design intern at Yaynay, an online polling platform for corporate and government settings where I discovered my love for designing beautiful and intuitive user experiences.🔥 Why Product Design?I've always been inclined towards the visual arts and technology. When I discovered the field of product design everything clicked.
