Built a new group on technology qualification including technical risk assessment. Coordination of university cooperation and work with development of new technology. From 2011-2014 a broad scope within oil & gas. From 2014 more targeted work in the subsea field.

Focus on development and qualification of new technology, mainly the Siemens Subsea Power Grid.

Focus on offshore power grids, offshore wind power and connection of distributed electricity generation to the utility grid.

Responsible for the department of electrical power technology (economy, personnel and technology). Developed the department from 29 employees to 43 employees over 4.5 years. Good economic and technical results. The department developed a unique laboratory for subsea power supply in this period. Increased focus on HSSE in the laboaratories and during field work. Participation in the company management group.

Responsible for a team of 6 scientists, participation in the department manaement group. Technical focus on integration of distributed generation in the power system, grounding electrodes and grounding systems, Power Quality in utility networks.

PhD studies. Topic of thesis: "EMC in Railway Systems. Coupling from Catenary System to Nearby Buried Metallic Structures"

Power Quality in utility networks, overvoltages and overvoltage protection, grounding electrodes and grounding systems, lightning protection and registration.
